After several days of hooning around the Nurburgring oh I mean ‘testing’ Milltek are finally happy with the Focus RS exhaust systems and ready to launch it to the worldwide market.
Having recently completed it’s range of performance exhaust systems on the new Ford Mustang (that shares the same 2.3 EcoBoost engine) Milltek is no stranger to this new turbo charged 4 pot motor used on the new Focus RS and used this knowledge when developing these systems.
A number of options are now available including cat back and full turbo back systems, all featuring full integration into the Focus drive select mode switch and electronic exhaust valve control system will all eventually be released but at this moment is it just the cat back on offer.
Choose your trim
Not only that but Milltek are offering a range of finish tips (some include a surcharge) so you can personalise the exhaust to your car.

Res & Non-Res Exhaust Differences
A resonator is a chamber in the exhaust system that contains a specific volume of air which is designed to cancel out certain frequencies of sound (made by the engine) – making the exhaust noise quieter.
Therefore, a non-resonated exhaust system will give you extra performance and a louder exhaust note and the resonated system will give you extra performance without increasing the exhaust noise much.
