If you are wanting big power for your Mk3 Focus RS then this is the ultimate Intercooler kit as it is good for 800bhp. Not only is it tried and tested the kit even comes with additional features like a Oil Cooler Mount to fit modified C-Member Ready to Take our Optional Oil Cooler Kit.
SPEC-R intercoolers are the ONLY intercooler on the market with bolt on detachable air ducts! This is so that if for any unforseen reason you or someone else damages your front bumper hopefully all you would have to replace are these air ducts. SPEC-R designed this with that in mind in order to minimize cost and damage to the cooler. Other coolers on the market have these ducts welded-on, so should there be a mishap in there is the job of cutting the old ducts off and welding new items on, which wouldn’t go down well, especially after they have been painted or powder coated.
This Intercooler and Hard Pipe Kit comes with a *modified crossmember with Air Ducts to Allow for the increased cooler size and the SPEC-R Pipework is manufactured from lightweight alloy mandrel bends of the highest quality and where rubber or silicone (Roose/Spec-R) hoses are connected, the pipework comes with Swaged/Rolled ends!
The Spec-R Hard pipe kit also includes a Water/Meth Injection Boss 1/8” BSP. The Kit Includes Roose/SPEC-R silicone hoses, stainless steel ZEBRA Hose Clamps and all fixings for installation. The Intercooler comes satin black with a silver and red logo. Please state when ordering if you require a different colour.
