dont fill to the brim !! stop before the first click.

    No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

Yes, every time, engine warm and fueled up, I got massive problems.

If I stand for 5 minutes, not fueling, no problem.

I fuel, while engine is cold, no problem.

If fuel, when engine warm/hot, problems… indpendend of filling it uo to the click, or only 20l…

I found a lot of others, with the same problem in another forum…

Ha ha @Pauly Paul and thanks @turbo-tone yes all sortted, I just happened to read on a American version of focusrsoc about someone having issues, so thought for sake of £15 was worth a go, changed it last night, took it out, it was fine, then done few miles today and everything seems ok 👍

tmorris, cut the ‘old’ fuel filter open and have a look inside to see if its blocked/full of crap, because every fuel filter I have ever looked in on newish cars has been pretty much really clean and no where near getting blocked/restricting flow. I’d be quite surprised if it did cure your issue 100%, lets hope so as it an easy fix !
