    Hi just recently joined forum as I am looking to purchase late next year and would like to do some homework first.present car is mk2 focus rs. Previously found invaluable information on similar club prior to buying .looking forward to getting some first hand experience from owners as not that clued up yet.as the saying goes a little knowledge is a dangerous thing!

    Hi Finlay, welcome to the forum. as for any questions, fire away, there are some very experienced guys on here and some engineers too. Don’t let what you read about VS put you off. If i were you i’d put up a picture of the car or write down the spec you want, it will help with bringing your dream alive

    Hello Finlay,

    Get one… I did and besides head gasket recall I’ve had no probs with my RS.

    my car has just achieved 30k miles.

    There is a great bunch of folks on here to give you better tech guidance than me but just thought I’d let you know my experience.
