    As a daily driver I expect a few paint/ screen chips etc. Yesterday a coach driver well over the white line caused me take evasive action resulting in this. If any forum member has a decent wheel for sale please let me know.

    Ouch. Could have been worse if you didn’t dive out of the way. Had to get one repaired this week after the wife had a run in with a kerb on a car park in her Puma.

    Any damage to the tyre?

    @elliot , as long as the wheel is not bent you can get it repaired.

    Or better yet, @bobcat to the rescue!🖖

    @elliot
    , I am glad to see you still have your RS. 👍

    I feel your pain. I did the same thing and got mine repaired. If you find a good repair shop, then you shouldn’t see the repair work at all.

    ooh nasty. 1, get Bobs wheel 2. get your damaged wheel repaired. 3. keep repaired damaged wheel as spare.. maybe in the boot if room ! Done.

    No nothing.

    No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

    Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

    Small piece out of the kerbing strip, otherwise ok. I’ve got a full size spare which could do with a refurb so if I get Bob’s wheel I’m halfway to a 2nd set for the winter Alpins.

    Haha…………not the best choice of words!

    A half decent wheel re-furb place could sort that .  Chance to get a decent coat of paint on it, too.
