    hi,

had my RS MK3 (white) for a few weeks. Just running in the engine…

Found this forum and I think it´s a good possibility to meet (online) guys with the same toy in the playground.

Welcome Jo, well done for choosing the best colour! Ive had mine 5 weeks and 400 miles so far, another 600 or so to go until I get to use its full performance!

    No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

    Hi Mike,

yes, white is the real color.

Nice car do you have 🙂

I did´t oder the sun roof for saving some weight on this heavy car. My first RS´s weight in 1977 was something around 900kgs….

My only extras were the Recaro shells and the colored windows. I think that´s enought.

Actually around 700mls and working ot the 1000mls.

Hi Jo.. I can always keep  18 litres of fuel less in the tank to make up for the sunroof weight! I like to tilt it up for a bit of ventilation to save having the fan blower on all the time. if I want to drive a car maybe 1000 kilos i go out in my BDA !!
