We have a white Mk2 RS locally owned with lots of black trimmings and it looks and sounds ace. Was never a fan of the Mk2 standard focus but I’d like a go in the RS version 😉

Right, confession time.

Back in 2005 I had the choice of a tasty used mk1 RS and a new Scooby Impreza WRX 300 PPP.  I went for the Scooby.  300 examples, 4wd and a beautiful WR blue with chav gold wheels – the current Mrs loved it for the way it gripped on the twisties.  i loved it for the way it pulled like a train above 100mph (I never took it above 130…)

these days – i’d love a series 1 rs turbo…

I’m with you there Andrew, would love a Series 1. Sooooo expensive though for a good one. Many many years ago I actually bought one and had to give it back before I drove out of the showroom. Damn insurance pulled out on me and no other company would touch me, not even for any money. Had to give it back 😥
