Today was the first really decent day this spring, so I did a photo shoot in various Cowichan Valley locations on Vancouver Island.

What is interesting about the RS is what the camera angle and focal length does to the impression of the car.

I swung by the dealer (closed on Sundays) to see what was there.  They sell a lot of Roush trucks and Mustangs, including one 2017 727 hp Mustang convertible, listing for about $100K CDN.

    North Cowichan

North Cowichan is part of southern Vancouver Island.

The mud guards I custom fabricated for the wider tires (tyres), but are patterned on the ones I bought from ZL1 Addons.

    Hope this helps.

    Great pictures! Springs here.

    Just a quick question.

Not sure how hard you drive your car or how hard you will.

Even tho the number plate looks in a good place to you.

Do you think you might be hampering your cold air going in to the intercooler.

Front mounted intercoolers are a big deal for performance.

If you have warm air or not enough air going through it, might give your engine  a bit of an issue.

It already has a blank plate on it.

    it was just a thought.

    Sorry to dampen your styling

I removed the factory blank plate when I added the license plate. Figured they would even out.

Very nice John !  Just wondered how you got the ford performance badge to stay on the tailgate? it seems like every surface of the tailgate has  a curve on it and yet the badge is solid and flat, does it hang a corner out ?

    No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

The Ford Performance badge conforms to the tailgate curve with no problem.  I made sure to strip the paint of all wax and contaminants prior to installing with supplied 3M doubled sided tape.

Hi John, I didn’t even think to give the badge a flex, I just thought they were solid and didn’t flex at all !! I may see how one looks on mine now !!
