Hi everyone,

I am David and my new RS should be here soon.

I live in West Yorkshire although i’m originally from London. It’s been almost 20 years since I last owned a fast Ford so i’m really looking forward to the Mk3 Focus.

I’ve been a member of focusRSoc for nearly a year and now i’m starting to buy goodies for the new car, i’ve joined this forum to take advantage of the group deals etc.

I’ve booked in a detail at Advanced Leeds and currently looking at ordering additional security, probably the Ghost Watch. I have my disklok already.

I’m currently building a new shed in the garden to empty the garage and having a new door fitted as my garage is a total of 4290mm, 10mm too short for the RS. The new door will be fixed to the outside of the opening as opposed to the current inside roller shutter giving me the extra 20mm I need.

Thanks Kenny,

I’m going to get some bonnet struts as well as the mudflaps. Also used discount for DMB inlays.

I do want the Auto Watch Ghost with Tracker but living up in West Yorks may be difficult to get it fitted by Veil. I’m sure i’ve read somewhere that you can get lifetime subscription rather than paying annual fee for the tracker. do you know if this is the case?.

I’m hoping that the car gets delivered to the dealer on the 25th February and I will pick up on the 1st March. My hopes are not too high as i don’t trust Ford from others experience (ive been a member on FocusRSOC for a year or so) and neither Stacey or my dealer have answered any of my queries so far this year.

Really like the spoiler decal on your Avatar. Is it the DMB one (Mid Blue with Silver outline) which I have just ordered yesterday?.

Does the spoiler decal from DMB come as 2 layers i.e silver base and then apply blue over the top, only that when I have been on there webpage it looks as though they come just as one single decal in whichever colour you choose

I only ask as I was going to order from dubcustoms as I know theirs are 2 layer, really like the silver outline

they come as a one piece item the silver edging is part of the decal
