Royal steering wheels

Good Morning Folks,

I have just received my new steering wheel, just like Matt B’s one. I have my local ford garage fitting it on Saturday. Just a quick question, is this a easy change over? how long does it take to do the job?

Disconnect battery and allow around 15mins for power to disipate to prevent the airbag going off! And then around 20mins to do the swap if they know what they’re doing. A DIY job if you’re brave enough. I did mine in an hour following a youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGkcvNIHWmg).

Took no time at all to swap over. I carry a toothbrush in the car now so i can give a little clean while im stuck in traffic

Thanks to all for the replies, getting it fitted tomorrow.

I am well impressed with the steering wheel, cracking work by Royal Steering Wheel company, highly recommend if you have not had this work done.
