Reluctantly I want to sell my RS as I’m needing a bigger house.

    16reg, 29,000miles

I’ve spent over 30k (with receipts to prove) on modifications to it and the majority of that was spent at Devil Development’s. The car is running at 600bhp.

I know I won’t get what I think it is valued at but I’m still looking for a sensible offer.

if anyone is interested I can go into more detail of the spec.

    600BHP ??? wowzer!

    No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

My missus has the same view as yourself @robroy lol, she is trying to talk me out of selling it.

I’ve been offered 23k from AutoPrestige but they want to see the car.

For now I’m putting it off the road to have a serious think about it. I don’t want to sell it but I need a bigger house, Serling it would speed up the process.
I know I would regret selling it as I think that MK3’s will go up in value through time.

Also, the car itself isn’t going to be easy to sell due to having no cat, the cruise control isn’t functional due to it working the rolling anti lag etc. in other words I’ve done too many modifications on it.

I will sort it and put it off the road for a year, save some money, then when we’re settled in a new home I’ll bring it back out.

Feel like I go round in circles with the car, I love it, I hate it, I’m selling it, I love it again hahaaa

    @Brian C

Yours is virtually the same spec as mine built and mapped by the same two companies/ people.

Just looking for a daily Euro 6 compatible car.
Mines a garage / trackday queen.

I would like an RS as a daily as the A5 donkey is getting a bit long in the tooth.

I’m putting it off the road until I get a new house, even then it’ll probably still be off the road for a period.

@white-rs2, yeah I have read a number of your posts and spoke to you through messenger regarding where to buy ethanol I believe, I’ve seen yours is basically the same.
I was offered £23k but I wouldn’t be selling for that.
