Hi Neil, this being my first post. I’m currently a St owner and I have been look to upgrade to the Rs for quite some time. I have been looking about but unfortunately not been able to tick all the boxes I’m after so I thought try the forum as I know that’s generally the best place to find well looked after cars. After reading your post I’m genuinely interested in if you still have yours for sale?

    thanks Andy

    Now SOLD to Andrew

Deposit taken tonight. Will be very sad to see it go and I’m sure I will regret it however I’m sure it will be well looked after.

Thanks all for looking at the ad, your kind words and for making ownership of the mk3 RS so enjoyable.

I’ll stick around and update all on my mk2 escort RS2000 cossie conversion 👍

    Cheers

So pleased it’s gone looked a very good example, and lets face it how many horror stories have we seen on hear when cars have been purchased from dealers and then the new owner having paid top money has either had to put things right or had difficulty finding out what has been done to the car especially the H/G issues and oil leaks after.

Andy, I know Neil got that car from a very reputable dealer located just down the road from me. I’m sure you’ll do well with it. Happy RS’ing

Thanks stu, I must say Iv now had the Rs a few weeks and it’s certainly a great example absolutely perfect, I just need the time to get round to looking at the light malfunction although the lights are fully functional so there’s no rush, but after a quick inspection the wires that plug into the lights arnt routed the best, a bit tight.
