I currently have an intermittent issue with my Mk3 FRS which comes up with navigation malfunction on start up, a bit of background info on the fault
May 2016 registered FRS with sync 3 (i would assume retrofitted by a previous owner)
On start up it will occasionally (more times than not) show a navigation malfunction fault and GPS wont pick up the vehicle location however soon as you start moving it seems to pick up the GPS location
After doing some reading online it seems plenty of people use a Fakra gps ariel off ebay/amazon etc which is what i assume is used in my vehicle, which for some people does the trick however others seem to get the same intermittent issue i am having which seems to be resolved by fitting an OEM ariel which is compatible with the sync 3.
Does anybody have the correct part number for the OEM ariel base required?
