I grew up with my grandparents screaming at each other with maps and directions on weekends out…lol Great tho as we would get lost and stumble across places you would never go. My kids will never experience the fun of sitting in a lay by trying to find where we were……?
Modern tech also takes out the fun fuel gamble, surprising how far an A reg vauxhall cav will go on the red…? My grandfather would also have two maps a working one, and an almost new best map to consult when we were really lost kept in the boot…! ?
