I don’t suppose you could post a picture of the engine bay showing the additional injector rail etc.
On the block being strengthened by welding: Was this a reaction to the cracked blocks; which now seem to be due to head gasket failure. I fully go with the other strengthening options you’ve taken – cylinder liner pinning, bracing & larger diameter head bolts.
I’ve asked Chevette Boy the same question on the crank used is this still factory or a billet item, if factory what are they good for in BHP & Torque.
