Cock up by Rates obviously as RS@WUB looks as though he got what he ordered ie a pair.

 

Have contacted Rates by Telephone and they are looking at it – I offered them 2 options – pay for the return of the 1 sent “not as described” –  Ebay money back Guarantee or send me another one out – Advert says Pair/set and fitting says O/s  N/s

Ebay will side with the buyer, always do. Just the hassle of the back and forth messages now while you sort it out.

Personally I would just report an issue and involve ebay from the outset.

Wayne at Rates parts just called me to say that it should be a pair but parts are shipped directly from Ford and the ordering system is for 2 discs but order picking at ford should see 1 pair but sometimes look and see the 1 and send only 1 !!! He has ordered another 1 single disc but says they may send 1 single or 1 pair !! He said keep it if you get 2 more and use it as an expensive door stop HA

 

Hopefully sorted for dispatch tomorrow morning with next day delivery DHL
