Kent Meet – 18th February

Hi All

I’m organising a RS owners meet at Bangers Diner, on the A249, Detling Hill, Maidstone, Kent. ME14 3HT. on 18th February 2018, at 09:00 hrs and then hopefully on the 3rd Sunday of each month if this is supported by members / owners .

Come along for a chat, breakfast, coffee/tea, & speak to other like minded enthusiasts, see what others have done or are doing and enjoy !

The Venue, Bangers Diner is next door to the Kent Showground or Events centre as it appears to be called now, and approx two mile from the M20 junc 7, the A249 links both M20 and A2 . ( its probably easiest if you travel North from the M20 to reach Bangers Diner and turn off at the services sign ! )

Lets be fair and allow courtesy cars if anyone is off the road.

No one is excluded if your RS is SORN’d or all wrapped up in a centrally heated garage til June !

It’s for owners/drives to come along meet, chat look at others mods, talk about RS stuff, track days, etc.

It’s like anything in life, the more you put in the more you’ll get out of it.

Well the response are about 20 plus a couple from the FB Mk3 RS page so hopefully ( fingers crossed ) it will be good, plenty of indications of owners wanting to come along for a chat, bacon buttie, etc.

I’m hoping that if the response is good, and don’t want to count one’s chickens from eggs, that we can get a monthly meet going on the 3rd Sunday of the month…….. so 18th March will be the follow up …..

Hi, Its at the top of the hill, North bound ( so from the M20 junc 7 ) take the slip marked services (signed) after the Kent Showground/Events Centre entrance / exit.

So are you coming ?

Going to have to miss this Sunday car is still in the hospital and won’t get her back till tuesday

weather looks good so hopefully it will be a success

and will be done again in march
