First time I’ve launched the car with my new launch control and new clutch

 

I was tipping down with rain so i thought if I’m gonna do it il do it now , I was thinking less stress in the components etc 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️😁

 

anyway I have the 25% Rdu mod I’m facing slightly uphill it’s raining I launch and what happened next just made me laugh

the car did exactly what a high power rear wheel drive car does when you launch it it kinda snakes up the road, you could feel the rear wheels spinning and it scrabbles for grip with the fronts it was totally controllable , it was unexpected obviously but it was brilliant the clutch held up nicely I’m getting more and more confidence with this clutch.

i have covered 4,000 miles

on the 25% Rdu mod and I keep thinking il try the 12% but this works so well I think il just leave it where it is

I think the real test will be when I go out on track but even then I don’t do enough track driving to see itl take time I guess

I’ve run the 25% Rdu mod for a little over 4,000 miles

i decided to go back to 12% to see what it’s like it’s been on there a week

I’m glad it did as 3rd/4th gear pulls it wheels spins now

with that I’m going straight back to 25%

 

I think stock turbo cars 12% you’ll probably be ok but anything with over 500 hp I’d recommend 25%
