I’ve just ordered the eibach ones from pumaspeed with 12.5 mm spacers, I hope they help the ride with the “pogo” effect?

The springs alone get rid of the pogo effect completely

Don’t worry the flaps will be fine .Had my flaps on since November the car gets used everyday in all conditions and no scratchers or scraps yet.The only thing I would do different is get the normal rallyarmour flaps not the mountune ones cos both yellow m’s on the front flaps are trying to peel off.

Do you have to fit the ARB’s for h&r lowering springs? Would it make much difference if you didn’t?
