We all know potholes are everyday nightmare in the UK, but even new roads are not even or smooth!!!     Just back from driving around Fuerteventura, it a shite Citroen hire car, even the narrow roads around the mountains and villages were super smooth and even. Some great driving roads there, loads of switch backs and bends.

I then drive from Stansted back to the midlands on the M11 and A14, even the new stretch around Huntington and Cambridge is sunken, has dips and bumps,  the car is constantly pitched about….  Not even in the RS/GR, but the wife’s 1 Series, which ride quire well.

because.. we gave loads of money to the EU, they then spent it on massive road projects in Lithuania, Latvia and SPAIN and the Canaries, meanwhile here in the uk, we only have £8,000,000 a day to spend on housing illegal scroungers and lazy fake unemployed people and fake sick note claimers and have zero money left to repair the roads. Plus they like us having bad roads as it slows us down and the eco green liberal mob love that as it saves them putting up more 20mph signs !! basically speaking !!

……..And now I’m not allowed to move/live in the Canaries for more than 180 days ! …….because we accepted a crap deal.

We gave all that dough so the products we want to buy (cars etc) would be cheaper to make and buy…… expect know one thought we wouldn’t have the jobs left to earn the money to buy the products.    Stuff is still being made over “there”, now we have to pay more to get it here….

I’m buying a place in Gran Canaria, but really, 180 days a year is plenty for me, would probably get bored to death any longer there, just a winter bolt hole to get away from the cold here December to end of March really in 2-3 week durations. With everyone talking about WW3 being round the corner, maybe Australia, New Zealand or Argentina would be better places to be in case Putin decides to see if his button works !

Putin is probably a good distraction whilst the WEF keep brown enveloping the governing bodies to take our assets and freedoms away.  Instead of chucking money to the EU (which we still are regardless), we have that power crazed freakshow Shawab with his wise ideas puppeting the likes of Khan etc etc.

Could it just be that the weather is worse here and there’s more traffic on the roads?

The worst roads I’ve ever seen were in Kazakhstan – the temperature difference between night and day is huge, as is the temperature range throughout the year. Most traffic was heavy articulated lorries too – so no wonder the roads were chewed up (with potholes large enough to park your car in)

Your right oasked but more cars = more tax paid to fix roads but they fail to use it for that and use it to put illegals up in 4* hotels.

Weather in recent years has seen much less swings in temps (certainly not as cold).

I drive through east europe a lot and their roads are now magnificent and they have and have always had much higher temperature swings than we have. No, they don’t have the volume of traffic because most of them don’t allow these illegals in.
