We talked about that in a thread already.

you can find the full thread here : https://mk3focusrs.club/forum/topic/dreamscience/page/2/

There was my answer where I tried to do some math with the informations on the DS page :

Yes the figures are only rough to calculate. They only show the 99+ with +40bhp and +80 FtLb increase of torque.

Then you need to read their homepage to do some calculations where your power output could be now. Because they compare the Ultima to the Race and not to Stock power. So you need to add all numbers together.

I tried this for you but did it in PS and NM because this FtLb is not used here in Switzerland.

1st Stock RS Dreamscience : 347 PS 440 NM (their informations on page)

    Race 99+ : 390 PS 548 NM (+40-50 PS / + 108NM)

    Ultima : 390-420 PS 548 NM (+30PS in mid range 2000-6000rpm)

When they did their new Ultima 2 they had a new RS to test. This car according to their homepage only delivered 321 PS stock instead of the first test car with 347 PS.

    With this Stock 321 PS 440NM they did a top run with Ultima 2  : 390 PS 590 NM (+70PS / +150NM)

Best would be to dyno your car to have the correct number and power increase. But I did not find the time to go for Dyno with stock and tune.

Would love to see some Kenny. Also just to know when I dyno my RS to know if I am above or below from average map.

So thats why I did this “math” but not sure if correct. Would love to see a full dyno run and maybe also a dyno run where they did for example 5-10 runs in close gaps. to see how the car performs when getting floored all the time. about how much HP it will drop and reduce power due to heat management.

    Hi Ipwnswiss.

Do you have an idea when you will intend to make a dyno run.

    Hy grethch

Due to some exams on my next level of school for mechanical engineering not at the moment.

I hope there will be some car meetings in summer season and then always the dyno team is also there. Not showing my car on a tuning car meet but will hopefully visit and run on the dyno. but this will be further away than 2 months at least. will post as soon as I did it or have more details when I will go for dyno. maybe until then someone else from here did a pull with the DS iMAP. then we also can compare the results

I have been thinking of taking mine. The thing is RR always gets positive and negative feed back.

This, kind of gets on my  nerves and then feel as if I wish I hadn’t bothered.

I have used Riverside racing,a Revo authorised dealer in Speke near Liverpool with my other cars.

Why it won’t be such a significant gain worth arguing over I may take it down.My car is completely standard

except for the ultima 2 map.I can definitely feel a  difference and it is great, but don’t know what the car was standard.

Does anyone recommend a dyno round the Liverpool area.Or have you heard of,or can recommend Riverside.

They have some great cars there and do a lot of good work I am led to believe.

What gear should the car be run in on the dyno.Different people reckon different gears.

wow this is a good news bill! lets see if they are online before I run my car on dyno. then I can compare and already have an idea of what I will see or should see when pulling on the dyno.

I don’t worry to much about figures, all tuners seem to be all around the same with there gains,I am running DS ultima, and have tried ultima 2 but I prefer the ultima as I like power low down rather than hi up the rev range, believe me it’s a massive difference over stock car which I was disappointed with

there is a video on YouTube just added, type in dreamscience ultima2+2 which is there latest map to download and watch the guys reaction, its amazing
