Yes i had issues right after a couple of months of ownership.. had the white smoke .. brought in the car to dealer.. had the headgasket checked and was twisted .. they got new headgasket no idea if a revised one and changed it. I got all the repairs printed. Have exact dates.. do this matter in any way?

Two front crankshaft bearings?? did you run it low on oil during a track day/drifting? These engines have been tested at full throttle at max rpm for hours on end, I see plenty of Germans flat out  between 6000 and 6500 in 6th gear for miles and miles with no issues, lots of Germans and Americans and one Swiss chap have also done high KMs and had no problem. There are really only two reasons for your troubles, one is that it has been tuned and possibly abused, and two that the headgasket replacement was not carried out real properly, maybe the head was slightly warped, or the block face, and the extra boost from Revo2 at high speed eventually blew the headgasket and partial hydraulic in one cylinder and pop, out goes the cylinder wall. Its no use worrying now, move on and enjoy a new 450bhp built motor.

    No nothing.

No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

Christ ! poor car, so front wheel bearings, clutch, flywheel, two headgaskets. You have either been real unlucky as I know of no one who has had that much trouble!, or you must be some kind of car wrecker, do you drive it like you stole it and abuse it all the time? I’m guessing you must have broken some of your other cars you had before? (unless one was a Honda, as they just keep going ha ha !) Any photos of your car? in the workshop too?

That’s all Greek to me. How many miles did you do in the two months before your HG was changed?
