    @Momo

    At this moment in time we’re still working on it – There seems to be some inconsistencies in design between USDM and EU non shell seat recaro’s so we obviously want to be sure that our solution will be a ‘fit all’ product

    Regards

    Geez, @momo calm down. When there is an update, he will let you know. No need to pester them to the point of not wanting to help out those of us on the other side of the pond.

    Eh? i figured pinging @JCR_Developments after 10 days wasn’t too disruptive.

    It’s not like i’m demanding that he hurry up or anything, sheesh.

    Sheesh kebab….. mmmm mmmm

    No nothing.

    No Mods. No rockers. Just a chunky knob, thats now been replaced by an RS knob innit.

    No tackiness.

    Std as Ford intended, but with a space saver wheel and jack and nuts and wheel brace. oh.. and flaps, a man has got to have flaps.

    Innit?

    Would anyone be interested in a group buy at the same price as the original, i.e. 10% off the standard price?

    I would like to “try before you buy” as at 5’11” I’m happy with the height as is, but who knows, maybe the 35mm drop or whatever the lesser adjustment is, may make it even better and easier to get in and out over the funky bolsters.

    get to a show and try. Several tried mine at Pure Ford and all said how comfortable the seating position was as well as it should have been like it from the factory.

    @MOMO

    Apologies for the lack of updates on this – We’re still on with it but these things take a little time. I will be sure to update with something once we have a little more interesting information to share 🙂

    @MikeParker

    I think as Louie says, the best bet is to try and try before you buy. Everyone who has tried the JCR SuperLow seat frames have had a very similar reaction of ‘Why were’nt they like this from the factory’

    Im quite sure you wouldn’t be disappointed at all with the results

    @P-Laver

    The 2017 late model cars do indeed come with a small reduction in seat base height from the factory (around 11mm) compared to the earlier cars. Its a band aid but really not enough to notice and we have many happy customers with the later model ‘factory lowered’ seats who are now happy with the seating position after installation of the JCR parts.

    The JCR SuperLow Seat Frames are also compatible with the late model cars so every owner with the shell seats can benefit

    Regards

    Jonny

    Just had mine fitted to both seats.  Amazing, awesome…what a difference it makes to the car.  If you have shells seats then take it from me this is a must have. Well worth the money.  Transforms the car, this is  how it should have left the factory.  When you drive your eye line is bang in the middle of the screen now and I can rest my arm on the rest as well.   Is it me or does the car not seem to bob up and down so much??  Seat rails are a bit stiff at the moment I assume they will ease up eventually.

    Well done JCR.
