@oiler I believe the closest thing to it is Adam Tuned in the US, but of course it’s a backward and forward process and it’s much less personal than meeting the guy and going out for live mapping to check it like Simon used to when Charlie was over at Longcross.

    No post-dyno curry either 😀

Yes looks like a gap in the market in the UK. Dont fancy the email game with Adam Tune.

I see Duncan (Racedynamix) seems to be a regular at SRR now.

Last time I saw Simon was a couple of weeks before SRR moved to new place.

I think a visit to see Charlie at SRR in the new year for a £40 Saturday for a power check is my plan once I decide which tuning route to take.

Hehe yeah I went down to see Chuckles week before last to get a run pre Mountune. I probably won’t get around to seeing him until next year!

    Simon,

Im booked in at Jacksons on Tuesday for the 375, they have quoted me £1050. I am reading that the RRP is £899. What did you pay?

Hi Rob. The £1050 is fully fitted. I was happy to pay as I know those guys know there stuff but I think TC Harrison may be doing the fitting for free. So your cost would be the kit £899.

Mat be worth speaking to Dan and ask for some discount, you never know.

You will love the kit it is amazing.

    Had my 375 fitted Monday.

It does feel better. I’m having a dyno run next Friday, just to see what it actually is running.

    375 kit

    induction kit

    blue hose upgrade

    axke back exhaust.

I know that Revo does a lot better deal and a lot more bhp, but I paid for the 4th and 5th year warranty. So tried to keep everything to their warranty upgrade allowance.

    Everthing fitted and guaranteed £2400

everthing at revo was just a little cheaper, but of course, more power.

Ill see next week what it’s pushing out.

    Hi Mart,

Let me know what the difference is, I’ve had it fitted and don’t notice much difference other than the extra noise from the air filter.

    Hi rob
its totally different mate. Also a lot more torque. But I don’t think it’s 375
im having a dyno run tomoz (Friday) at 10 am.
I’ll  let you know the outcome of that.
But you should’ve noticed a difference straight away.
    >Mine has done 3000 miles now  I don’t know wether there is anything in the ecu, to keep the bhp down until it’s covered a few more miles  how many miles has your car done.

Oh by the way, I drive it like I’ve stole it all the time ??

    Hi, Mart

Ive done about 3800 in mine and about 1000 since i had the upgrade, i absolutely love the car, it unbelievable, I also have an F Type and I get loads more attention with the focus.

Yes I drive it like a nutter too.

Let me know what the Dyno says.

    Cheers  Rob

    Hi @ Mart

I notice that the Mountune letters on your intake pipe are silver, did yours come like this or have you painted it, mine come all black?

    Hi rob

the dyno was a bit shit

this veering steering Shite didn’t help the test. Once it started to peek, the car was trying to swap the drive from front to back. The monitor looked like it was connected to my heartbeat. So it wouldn’t give a true reading.

It peaked at 352bhp and 402 torque

it was what I had expected but definitely not 375.

Mountune can get their figures to that because they run it in dyno mode and gives a bit of a different report.

    But I suppose 350 isn’t that bad.

You made need yours tested if you can’t tell any difference

if you’ve had an Ecu update it wipes the mountune and puts it back to standard.

I might ring Evans halshaw in blackpool and see if anyone has any removed and had their money back

for £500 revo can have it way over that

    @rsdom

i had the m380 induction kit, which is different from the m375. Maybe just the silver paint lol ?
