The mjp and Alcon bolts after 12 months have both rusted quite badly in fact more so in the mjp brakes and tbh boarderline replacements are needed disappointing as you’d expect amazing quality for the price you pay

Alcon is a single piece Caliper mono block

mjp/hispec some apps brembo’s  etc use a two piece Caliper and bolt from one side unfortunately they distort over time and literally bam a in shape. How much time ? For the brackets useually 12 months for the Caliper approx 10,000 miles

WP pro brakes are bolted from both sides and and irradiates this issue

no other manufacturer does this that I have seen

can’t compare quality I’m really surprised how poor Alcons are and how far behind the times they are
