Looks great – and almost OEM
Just add in the Ford sports aerial and the look will be complete 🙂 Unless you use DAB as the reception isn’t as good on the sports aerial as the massive aerial is.
Can you not update the title to – Nates Sabre Tuning 560 RS
RS Edition.

I keep forgetting to do that but il wait now and see if this head offers any improvement 😬😬😬

I like the standard aerial I think it looks smart 😁

First snippets of information coming through about the head, so far it seems to be working ,definitely drives differently peak psi is now 38.43psi😳😱 in the midrange which is way more than before still holds 32.25 psi at the top
so we will see what it does my turbo has nothing left to give it’s now too small 🤣 but so far it’s interesting to hear the difference

The Ford Sports aerial is the same as what you have in style but just probably around half the size

Took the car for geometry and corner weighting
now I’ve had so many attempts at geometry from Kwik fit hunter alignments and Bosch systems and none have managed to get it quite right the car would pull ever so slightly to the left my mrs didn’t notice it but I did it would piss me off , anyway I’ve been gagging to have this done for such a long time finally gone and done it .
a trip to see grant at grant motorsports and his set up is super impressive HD 3D geometry and floating ramp they have bags and bags of experience here and have a ever growing list of championship winning race cars so it’s safe to say they know how to set a car up (oh and he also teaches chassis dynamics)
cut to the chase car is set up for the road as it spends 99% of its time there and the mrs daily’s this car still for now if I find myself attending more track days then they can set the car up for that
antiroll bars have been adjusted drop links adjusted ride height changed (raised) and I am over the moon with how it drives now it actually drives straight!!!!! Feels more comfortable and at speed is definitely way more balanced I’m so impressed I won’t go anywhere else now thats it to get it right first time for me after the issues I’ve had before just makes it all the sweeter.

If I’d known you were wasting your time and money at Kwik Fit and any fast fit centre I would of said try these their pretty bang on with their geo and corner weighting and in your neck of the woods as I’ve found them well worth the drive

Just reading your results your head work which is quite considerably and the size now of your ports and valves.
Thus I was quite surprised it only packed a punch equal to the Mountune MRX head which has had quite minor work compared to yours both giving circa 24bhp
Is this due to the port size and not being able to produce enough air to keep the velocity high so you aren’t getting the full potential from all the work

My turbo is maxed out
sabres car make’s 575 bhp with the mrx head
mine made 574 however the benefits of this head are not seen here you need to see the logs to fully appreciate what it has done.
on fitting the head i could now achieve 2.65 bar (38.43psi) in the midrange which is way more than before
EGTs are cooler
back pressure has reduced
i have zero knock literally zero knock even on a super aggressive tune zero
it spools up faster than before
In a 4th gear pull (to load the engine) I have 1 bar of boost at 2800 rpm
2 bar at 3400 rpm
The quicker response has highlighted one thing and that is it is ripe for a big turbo , the head flows well but my turbo is too small to reap the rewards from it if i had an NX2 (being a much nigher turbo to begin with ) i would have seen way more gains
i am patiently waiting for the hybrid 7163 to go though sabres workshop
and i am waiting for the G30 770 so i can see what they achieve and make some decisions , the plan for now
is to use it and enjoy it wait for reaults and see what happens im in no rush now

You just need a 3.5” or 4” exhaust now as that will become your next limiting factor.

I have changed my exhaust i have now got a straight through 3” system AWE switchback ,i will look at a 3.5” downpipe later down the road when i decide which turbo route to go (if i even end up changing it) the exhaust i run now im very impressed with

Wow Nate, what a journey and spec to get to 584 bhp, you must have more removed parts in the garage than mountune have in their warehouse.
May the Ford be with you
