lets hope so….(although think i’m going for Collins Performance now to be honest). Lots of good stuff beginning to come through now, nice selection and choices for everyone.

    Hi guys new member here!

I was hoping to find a thread about this, as i am awaiting my rs mk3 but mist a bit of a punch during the testdrive (thank you rs mk2) … and couldn’t find any real good reviews or driver experience in my area sadly. So i’ll hope to keep reading the good stuff here!

Sure it will be worth the wait Andy.

Must be like having a switch for an extra 40+bhp and you can’t put it on argh!

Well being a REVO test customer and having had V1 of the STG2 s/w its well worth the wait. After having had the PCM update done at Haynes and loosing the s/w due to the ECU flash, i then realised just how much more power there is with the STG2 as well as the car being much more “Driveable” This combined with the extended pops and crackles feature within STG2 makes for huge smiles and the pops and LOUD!!!!

Off to SCC on 24th Feb to get ECU re-flash and latest (poss final) STG2 s/w reloaded. Cant wait to get car back to STG2 🙂

Not necessarily, but the process does take a while, vehicles have to be tested at altitude, with various different STG2 hardawre as well. The current beta calibration is on 6-7 vehicles now, Louie is just lucky enough to be able to receive the new update 🙂
